Background:
The current project is for helping in product marketing by testing the product in real operational environment. Environment Canada management authority has accepted the project but is very important that we make the effort to get this acceptance to the user groups as they are the ones who will be testing the system and making the system on whether to continue using it or not.
It is though very important to focus on the user acceptance and address the resistance to change by offering new functionalities and less disruption to the operation processes.
