Project Objectives
The quality objectives are as per the defined processes used in this project. Scope: Development of WebGIS based application that handles and display GIS based information for environmental applications. Develop a fetch of data from available sources to establish a good pilot system. Cover all functionalities from the legacy system ULTIMA and integrate Australia Weather Bureau requirements. Objectives: Develop a WebBased version of ULTIMA. Develop a WebGIS general briefing system integrating Radar & satellite images, Numerical Weather Forecast data (GRIB2), Lightning data, OPMET data, BUFR data and other GIS static information. Develop an integrated pilot system to demonstrate and promote the product sales.
