1.  No commercial and operational use during the Trial period.
2.  Access to the application for evaluation, testing and experimentation purposes will be available for a period of thirty (30) days.
3.  No direct or consequential damages for usage of the system.
4.  IES welcomes and appreciates your ideas and observations. As such, during the testing period, you are encouraged to provide feedback,  comments, and/or suggestions on the application.
